One account, separate program records

The portal shares your EduZen identity. It stores your creator name, requested paths, country review, language and time zone, social handles and verification evidence, application answers, terms acceptances and program access. Market-specific private profile fields are encrypted in storage.

Content and performance

Managed drafts are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Access links are short-lived and issued after checking the requesting creator or staff member. Each upload, review, submitted public post and accepted offer retains its own record. We store public view observations, timestamps and evidence used for eligibility and earnings calculations. YouTube metrics can be retrieved using the YouTube Data API; other supported links can use documented staff verification.

Referral measurement

Creator links carry a referral code to EduZen. The existing first-touch record may associate that link with a new account and its first paid subscription invoice. Program reports use the creator, campaign and market recorded at the time. We do not share a referred student’s account details with the creator.

Payments and reviews

Payout provider account references are encrypted. Creator-facing views show an account label; authorized Finance staff can export references needed for payment. Earnings, allocations, approvals, corrections, transaction references and reconciliation records are retained for program accounting. Internal fraud evidence is limited to permitted reviewers and audited access.

Session storage and cookies

The portal uses host-only, HttpOnly cookies for short-lived access and rotating refresh sessions. Cross-domain sign-in uses a short-lived, single-use code protected by a browser challenge. Browser session storage holds temporary sign-in state and a time-limited staff verification token. Local storage remembers your public country preference. It does not determine your approved market.

Notifications and your choices

In-app notifications record decisions, tracking issues, finalized earnings and payout progress. Email delivery is queued with retry controls and respects your creator email preference. You can change that preference in your profile.

Retention and data requests

Program financial and evidence history is protected against ordinary deletion or rewriting. Closing or losing program access does not erase those records or your shared EduZen account. Each active market must have an approved retention policy; the applicable terms and legal obligations determine the handling of a deletion request.
